4 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, slightly beaten
cracker meal or other chicken breading
oil for frying
1 can chicken broth (Kitchen Basics)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Dip chicken into egg and breading. Brown in skillet. Place browned chicken into casserole. Add 1 can of chicken broth. Cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 300 for 30 minutes then uncover and continue baking for 30 more minutes.
