1 lb. hamburger
½ onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ pint whipping cream
2 cans chili, (1 with beans and 1 without beans)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, pepper and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until cheese melts. Pour over tortilla chips to serve. .
