1½ c rhubarb pieces
1 c sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp milk or water
brown sugar
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Place the rhubarb pieces in the unbaked pie shell. Mix together (do not use mixer) egg, sugar, flour, water or milk and pour over the rhubarb. Sprinkle a moderate amount of brown sugar on top. Bake at 350º for about 40-45 minutes.
