1 Cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Cup milk
1 1/2 Cups pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except pecans and vanilla in a 10" skillet. Cook slowly to soft ball stage stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add pecans and vanilla. Beat until mixture thickens. Pour onto waxed paper or lightly buttered cookie sheet. Separate quickly. ( I use two table forks) into bite size pieces.

Aunt Thelma Daugherty sent this recipe in 1990. Here is the story she sent with the recipe: Anna Schroeder, my mother, gave this recipe to me 47 years ago.
