2 medium-sized zucchini
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Garlic salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and dry zucchini, cut cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange zucchini slices on prepared pan, with little or no space between them. If desired, sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and pepper. Use a small spoon to spread a thin layer of Parmesan cheese on each slice of zucchini. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese turns a light golden brown. Watch closely and take out of oven early if cheese is golden before 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
