1lb ground round
1 lb Italian sausage
2 to 3 whipped eggs
Italian bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 cups Fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/2 cup of finely chopped onions or grated onion
1teasp of oregano or Italian seasoning

Mix all ingredients well.
Roll into balls.
Brown evenly in a heavy skillet with olive oil.
Once evenly brown cook slowly until there isn't any pink left.

In Italy one does not put meatballs on pasta whatever the ragł or sauce. Meatballs may be cooked with a Bolognese sauce that is made with beef and pork either as a roast or ground. The Bolongnese sauce with ground beef and/or ground pork is served on tagliatelle pasta with the meatballs or roast on the side.
