Oriental Salad Recipe

Mix and set aside:
shredded lettuce, cabbage or spinach
crispy noodles (or Top Ramen)
celery, green onions, carrots (opt)
sliced almonds
water chestnuts

Mix together until sugar is dissolved:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup rice or red wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp teriyaki sauce (or Top Ramen seasoning)
1 tsp Accent or MSG (optional)

Pour dressing over vegetable mixture just before serving. Stir. Crumble noodles and mix in salad or serve on top. Goes great with any oriental meat.
