5 lb.or 45 chicken tenders
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup all- purpose flour
2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash tenders and drain.Put in bowl with 3/4 cup buttermilk and toss.Let set for about 2 hours in the
Refrigerator.Mix bread crumbs,flour,and 2 tsp.seasoned salt. Roll each chicken tenders in bread crumb
mixture. Lay on lined cookie sheet to dry,before deep frying.Deep fry in oil 4-5 minutes or until done.
140-160 degrees.

I use the 5 lb.bag Schwan’s chicken breast.Cut into strips or nuggets.
