Ingredients: 1. 1 slab baby back or spare ribs 2. Kosher Salt 3. Korean Barbecue Sauce (recipe in Misc.)

Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Sprinkle kosher salt on meat side of ribs 3. Roast in oven for 2-3 hours 4. Check ribs for doneness. A toothpick should easily slide through the meat. 5. If a tooth pick easily slides in & out of the rib meat, baste the ribs in the Korean Barbecue sauce and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil. 6. Cook for another 30mins - 1hr. at 350F 7. Unwrap the ribs and apply more Korean Barbecue sauce, broil on High until they are slightly caramelized and crispy. Or put the ribs over direct heat on the grill and baste.

Notes: This is not a quick recipe, but it's definitely worth it. If you don't have access to a charcoal smoker/grill but you still want to do ribs, this is the recipe for you. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil to help speed up the cooking process. This recipe works with any barbecue sauce you like, but we really enjoy it with the Korean Barbecue Sauce.
