3/4 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup Canola oil
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Streusel Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9 inch square baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, salt, egg, milk, & canola oil. Mix well. Add the flour and baking powder and stir through. Pour batter into the baking pan.

For Topping:
In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and chopped nuts.

Sprinkle mixture on top of cake batter and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
