6 oz. angel hair pasta
½ cup whipping cream
½ cup milk (do not use low fat or non fat)
¼ cup chopped fresh dill (or 1 tbps. dried dill)
¼ cup chopped green onions
1½ tbsp. drained capers
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
4 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon(not lox) cut into thin strips. (Trader Joes has a wide caught Sockeye Salmon that works well)

Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite. Drain well and return to same pot.

Combine cream, milk, dill, onions, caper and lemon peel in heavy small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Add sauce to pasta to coat. Add salmon and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
