½ Cup Shredded Cabbage
½ Cup French beans
½ Cup carrots
¼ Cup capsicum
½ Cauliflower
2 Tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
½ Cup Chopped Coriander leaves
2 Eggs (Optional)
¼ tsp Ajinomoto
5 Cups water
1 Tbsp Block pepper
1 Tsp Soya Sauce
¼ Cup Vinegar
4 Tbsp Cornflour mixed with 1 Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Add vegetables, stir over high flame for 2 mins. Add water, pepper , soya sauce, vinegar, salt. Boil for 2 minutes. Add cornflour mixture. Stir and boil uncovered for about 1 minute. Add coriander leaves. Add eggs like corn soup if needed. Do not boil there after.

Note: Also you can add bean sprouts first and then add the vegetable.
