5-6 potatoes cut into wedges/cubes
2 tsp. Oil
½ tsp. Onion Powder
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Parsley
Dash Cayenne Pepper
Dash Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over potatoes in a bowl and mix to coat . Place on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper, if preferred) and bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes, flip, then give another 15 minutes or until soft.

Canola oil won't smoke like olive oil, so is preferred at these high temperatures.
