1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
1 Onion, diced
5 Carrots, chopped
3 stalks Celery, chopped
1 Turnip, chopped
4 Potatoes, chopped
⅓ c. Barley, rinsed
1 Tin Tomato Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the beef and remove the "scum" that forms on the top. Add the Barley. Next add the celery and onions. Boil for another 30 minutes. Add the carrot and turnip and cook another 20 minutes. Next add the potato and tomato soup, cook a further 20 minutes.
