1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
1 head lettuce
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 can red kidney beans, drained
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag tortilla chips
1 cup Thousand Island dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef with onion until beef is browned. Stir in taco seasoning. Set aside to cool.

Chopped lettuce. Put in a bowl with tomatoes. Kidney beans and cheese. Crush the tortilla chips and add to bowl. Add beef and dressing. Mix well.
