2 lbs. carrots, cooked
½ stick butter
20 crackers, crushed
¼ cup chopped onion (or less)
Milk - approx. ½ cup
Salt and pepper to taste
½ jar Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Mash carrots with butter. Add crackers, onions, milk, salt, pepper and Cheez Whiz.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, until hot.
