Makes 2 loaves:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup cooking oil

Filling:
½ pound shredded mozzarella cheese
½ pound shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound cooked and crumbled sausage (drained)
10 slices of thin-sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: Combine water, yeast, salt and oil. Add 2 cups of flour and blend. Add other 2 cups of flour and knead. Divide dough in half. Roll in 9x15 inch rectangle.
Prepare Filling: Place half of filling on center of rectangle by layering each ingredient. I usually lay the ham first, then cheddar, sausage, and mozzarella.Roll out the other half of dough and lay on top of stromboli. Fold up ends and then fold over top. Bake on cookie sheet with rim at 450º for 15-20 minutes.
