Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 stick oleo.

Mix like pie crust. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 oven. Cool.

1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 of 9 ounce container of cool whip

Beat and spread over crust after the crust is cooled.

2 packages of instant chocolate pudding. Mix as package directions.

After pudding sets up spread over cream cheese layer, Spread remaining cool whip over chocolate layer. Top with pecans or walnuts.
