1/4 cup Truvia baking blend
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
3 eggs
1 15-oz can of pumpkin
1 cup almond milk
Whipped cream for serving

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º. Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. It will be a more runny consistency than normal pumpkin pie.
2. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º, bake for approximately 55 minutes more or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
