2/3 cup flour
5 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/4 tsp salt
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, coconut, and salt. Stir in the milk and vanilla using your hands until well blended. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about golf ball sized.
3. Bake 12-15 minutes until coconut is toasted.
4. Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave. Dip the tops of coconut macaroons in the melted chocolate, or drizzle the chocolate over the top of the cookies. Let cool.
