1 lb. ground beef
⅓ C. of milk
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. flour
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add milk. Beat well, add meat, flour, salt, pepper and onion. Make into patties (makes 8/9). Cook in Teflon pan, with a small amount of cooking oil, dip out with spoon.
