4-5 lb. brisket
cup catsup
cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking dish (13x9x2).
Stir together remaining ingredients.
Pour over meat. Cover tightly.
Bake in 225, for 5-6 hours or until tender.
