¾ cup of milk
1 cup Bisquick
2 Tbs. oil
1 Tbs. sugar
2 eggs, separated

Beat eggs separately. Add Bisquick and milk alternately to egg yolks. Add sugar and oil when all ingredients are mixed. Fold in beaten egg whites. Cook on hot griddle or skillet.
