Ingredients:  
1 butternut squash
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter
¼ tsp nutmeg or cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half.
Scrape out pulp and seeds.
Bake in oven, cut side down, on cookie sheet with small amount of water until tender when pierced with fork.
Scrape out cooked squash into bowl.
Mash.
Add sugar, butter and spice and mix well.
