16 oz french bread loaf
8 eggs
2 c half & half
1 c milk
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
salt

Topping:
1 c butter
1 c light brown sugar
1 c pecans
2 Tbsp light corn syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg

Raspberry Sauce:
1 c raspberry perserves
3 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp raspberry liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread into 20 pieces. Arrange in a 9x13 buttered dish. Combine remaining ingredients and beat until blended. Pour over bread; cover and refrigerate overnight.
In morning, make topping. Melt butter and sugar. Add other ingredients and pour over bread mixture. Bake 350º for 40 minutes. Serve with raspberry sauce or maple syrup.

Raspberry Sauce- Mix all ingredients and heat until combined.
