1 lb smoked bacon, finely chopped
1 shallot, sliced
½ c brewed coffee
½ c brown sugar
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Render bacon until lightly crisped. Remove bacon from fat and cook shallot in fat until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook until mixture starts to thicken. Add bacon back to the pan and stir well. Remove from heat and pulse mixture in food processor until finely chopped, Serve with brunch or breakfast. Also can be used on cream cheese for an appetizer.
