6-8 slices of bread, crust removed
1 pound sausage fried and fat drained
½ cup Swiss cheese grated
½ cup Sharp cheddar cheese grated
½ cup sliced mushrooms
¾ cup half and half
1¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
6 eggs beaten
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. Line pan with bread. Cook and drain sausage and sprinkle over bread slices. Sprinkle cheese over sausage, and mushrooms next. Add half and half to milk. Beat in with eggs. Pour over casserole. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake one hour.
