½ cup Butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 can Eagle Brand
2 ½ packages (16 ounce each package) Confectioner sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoon peppermint extract or flavoring of choice
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and salt. Add Eagle Brand. Blend well. Stir in 2 packages of confectioners sugar. Add flavoring of choice. Divide mixture into 4 portions. Color with food color add ½ cup confectioners sugar to each portion and knead together. Will be stiff. Place into molds dusted with confectioners sugar, level with flat part of knife and pop out of mold onto wax paper.
