1 cup Hellman mayonnaise
16 ounces sour cream
1 small box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and Pressed dry)
1 can sliced or chopped water chestnuts drained
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable soup mix (dry)
¼ cup green onions chopped thinly (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Knorr soup mix with mayonnaise and sour cream..
Drain well water chestnuts. Thaw and press dry chopped frozen spinach. Add chestnuts and spinach to mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. Chill and serve with chips and crackers.
