Ingredients:  
2 Stouffers spinach souffles, thawed
green pepper, chopped
green onion, chopped
tuna (1 can or so)
1 or 2 cans mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 egg, beaten
1 pie shell
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine souffles, green peppers, onion, tuna, mushrooms, egg and approximately 4 oz of mozzarella cheese.
2. Pour into pie crust.
3. Top with lots of mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour until cheese is golden brown
