Chicken in Wine Sauce Recipe

cup flour
tsp. paprika
tsp. oregano
cup butter (melted)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 chicken bouillon, in cup water
cup white wine
chicken breasts
green onions
mushrooms if desired

1. Mix together cup flour, paprika, and oregano.
2. Coat chicken in spice mixture.
3. Place cup melted butter in pan.
4. Add chicken (skin side down).
5. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. Sauce: combine 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, chicken bouillon and wine over medium-low heat.
7. Place sauce on top of chicken-- skin side up.
8. Bake for 20 minutes more at 400 degrees.
9. Top with green onions and mushrooms if desired.
