¼ cup flour
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ cup butter (melted)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 chicken bouillon, in ¾ cup water
¼ cup white wine
chicken breasts
green onions
mushrooms if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together ¼ cup flour, paprika, and oregano.
2. Coat chicken in spice mixture.
3. Place ¼ cup melted butter in pan.
4. Add chicken (skin side down).
5. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. Sauce: combine 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, chicken bouillon and wine over medium-low heat.
7. Place sauce on top of chicken-- skin side up.
8. Bake for 20 minutes more at 400 degrees.
9. Top with green onions and mushrooms if desired.
