Ingredients:  
1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cook and cut up
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ to 1 can of ortega chili peppers, chopped
1 (2½ oz) can ripe olives, sliced
8 tortillas, cut in pie shaped wedges
¾ lb. monterary jack or cheddar cheese, grated.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and tortillas.
2. Place layers of mixture, the tortilla and the cheese in a greased casserole, topping with grated cheese.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for at least ¾ hour uncovered.
