6-8 Potatoes
Water and chicken bouillon
½ cup olive oil
Herb de Provence
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut potatoes into bit size cubes. Preheat over to 425ºF. Cover with water and add 2 bouillon cubes or 2 Tbs of soft paste and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and drain water. Add olive oil to cover potatoes well and then season with herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer to a roasting pan and mix well. Roast in oven until potatoes are a golden brown.
