1 can pie filling
2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
¾ c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
½ tsp. baking sods
½ tsp. salt
walnuts or streusel topping
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Grease + flour pan. Beat together margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add milk, vinegar and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients. Pour ½ batter into pan. Spread with pie filling. Top with remaining batter. Top with walnuts or streusel topping.

Bake for 35-45min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with confectioners sugar icing.
