1 qt Clams
6 Potatoes, Medium
4 Onions, Medium
1 qt Clam Sauce
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1/8 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Parsley Fakes
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 qt Light Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Into large stockpot, GRIND clams, potatoes, and onions. Add clam juice, butter, and herbs. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Warm light cream. Add to chowder and stir.

Personal Notes:
Can be frozen by pint portions before the cream is added. Serves 16 people. Should be just as delicious if clams, potatoes, and onions were finely diced rather than ground.
