Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs Stew Beef, cubed
2 lbs Sweet Italian Sausage Links, cut into 1 inch slices
8 White Potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 Yellow Onion, large, sliced into rings
1 Green or Red Pepper, cut into chunks
4 c Beef Broth (Beer is an option)
1 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Garlic Powder (not a lot)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and sausage together. Remove from pan and place in large casserole dish. Add onion rings and peppers to the skillet and toss around. You want them browned but not really cooked. Put the potatoes on top of the meat. Add the onions and peppers from the skillet over the top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Pour the beef broth over all. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Personal Notes:
The longer you bake this, the better. Salt and Pepper is optional. I sometimes sprinkle the potatoes with salt/pepper and then do the next steps. If you don't have beef broth, or beer, you can use beef boullion cubes in water. Serve this with warm crusty bread.
