1¼ lb. meat loaf mixture (beef, pork, veal)
1 roll (day old)
⅓ cup plus 2 Tbs. Milk
1 onion, finely chopped
4 Tbs. Butter
1 Tbs. Mustard
1 Tbs. Tomato Paste
½ bunch Parsley
1 egg
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak roll in milk then squeeze dry and grate into meat mixture. Sauté onion in 1 tbs of butter, add mustard and tomato paste. Chop parsley and add to beaten egg and add to meat mixture; add salt and pepper. Mix well and form in 12 patties.

Melt the rest of the butter by Tbs. as needed. And fry the rest of the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
