Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to me by Susan O'Quinn. We met when we worked together at St. Christopher's School. She taught Christopher's pre-k class. It was love at 1st sight, for all of us. We simply belonged to each other! Susan and her husband Jimmie are still friends. I love them and their 4 daughters, dearly. God sent people like her to me, she was not shy about being a Christian and walking the talk. She is still a great encourager and a trusted and close friend 25 years later!
