2½ cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 10 ounces)
1¼ cups confectioner's sugar
2 T finely ground hazelnuts
¼ cup bourbon
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
3 T light corn syrup
⅓ cup granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, hazelnuts, bourbon, cocoa and corn syrup in medium-size bowl.
Press all ingredients in bowl together to form a large ball.

Shape into balls, 1 T each; place on waxed paper.

Put granulated sugar in a small shallow dish. Roll small balls in sugar to coat. Place in tightly covered container at least 24 hours before serving for the flavors to develop.
