1 cup Pecans, Chopped
½ cup all purpose Flour
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
⅔ cup butter, melted
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Spray a miniature muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. The spray with flour in it works the best.

Fill each ¾ full.

Bake for approximately 18 minutes.

Let cool for 1 minute then flip them out onto a cooling rack. If they cool in the tin they will have to be chiseled out.

This is a family favorite. It truly taste like pecan pie. It is an easy peasy recipe and a big hit where ever I take them.
