1 Pointed Cabbage, cut in fourths
Italian Tofurkey (1 or 2), cut into pieces

1/3 c. Orange Poppy salad dressing

1 cup brown rice
2 cups vegetable broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook brown rice in vegetable broth, seasoned to taste and with a small drop of olive oil for 45 minutes.

Pour dressing over cabbage, let sit in cooking skillet for 30 minutes.
Flip the cabbage. Cover, cook over med-high heat for 3 minutes. Flip cabbage again and move from center of skillet. Place tofurkey in center. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook an additional 3 minutes. Place pan in oven on broil for 3-4 minutes to crisp the cabbage slightly.

Serve in a wide bowl, rice on the bottom, then tofurkey then cabbage.
