1 canister crescent rolls
1/2 jar Cookwell & Co. Texas two-step Green Chile mix
6 eggs, well beaten
1 pound diced smoked ham, bulk sausage, or bulk Mexican Chorizo*
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

*If you are using the bulk sausage or chorizo in the recipe, cook in a skillet until browned and drain off all fat before adding to the Texas Two-Step Green Chile Stew mix and egg mixture.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Open the canister of crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of prepared baking dish; set aside.

Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk to blend well. Pour over the crescent rolls and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Or until set. Serve hot.
