8 oz Speghetti
8 oz Meduim Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp EVOO
3 cloves garlic, minched
1 tsp paprika
Kosher Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Sauce
1/2 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Juice of 1/2 lime, or more to taste
1 tsp Siracha
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Sauce
1. Whisk mayo, thai sweet chili sauce, garlic, lime juice, siracha and red pepper flakes. set aside
2. in large pan of boiling salted water cook pasta. Drain well.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
4. Lighly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray
5. Place shrimp onto the baking sheet
6. Add EVOO, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, and gently toss to combine
7. Roast just until pink, about 6-8 minutes
8. In large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, and mayo mix
7. Garnish with parsley
