2 - 14oz cans Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes (do not drain)
1 - 12oz can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers; drained
½ cup water
½ or more (to taste) of an envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can Rotel (you decide the heat!) we used ½ a can
4 - 5 Tostado shells, broken
1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, or shredded cheddar
1 - 16oz Sour Cream
1 med tomato, diced

Directions:
In a 2qt saucepan combine undrained tomatoes, corn, water, Rotel and seasoning mix. Cook over medium heat till it starts boiling. Stir frequently.

Spoon into 4 soup bowls. Sprinkle broken tostado pieces and cheese. Add a dollop of sour cream and diced tomatoes.
