3/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp Butter, softened
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp Quick yeast

2 pound (16 slices):
1 cup water
3 Tbsp mustard
3 Tbsp Butter, softened
4 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 3/4 tsp Quick yeast

Directions:
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients i bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or light crust color. Do not use Delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
