Notes: Grandma and Janine got this recipe from a Relief Society cooking class through Mountain Fuel. Little did I know that we had the "winning" recipe book. When we sat down I noticed that my book had a red star, and I thought "Hey mom, the recipe they are going to make must be this one marked in red". Not every mini-cookbook, was marked with a star. The red star meant we "won" the quiche that was demonstrated that day.
