4 lb Pork Country Ribs (Boneless from Costco-Halved)
3/4 c Catsup
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt (or less to taste)
1 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns
1 c Shoyu
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 c Water
1 Bay Leaf
1 Onion, sliced thick

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ribs in a pan with oil until seared. Pour off the drippings. Add new oil and onions and cook until transparent. Combine all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Then add ribs and soft simmer for approx 1 hour until ribs are fork tender.
