1 pkg 8 oz Wide Noodles, cooked
12 oz Cream Cheese
1 c Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Green Chilies, minced
6 Green Onions with tops, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Garlic Clove, minced
2 Cans Tomato Sauce (8 oz each)
1/2 c Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

Arrange layers in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
1st Layer: Cooked noodles.
2nd Layer: Cream cheese, sour cream, chilies, and green onions that have been mixed well.
3rd Layer: Brown beef in 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic, salt, sugar, and tomato sauce that have been mixed well.
4th Layer: 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. (or more if you are cooking for Dad)
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
