Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 2/3 c. Broken Pretzel. Just run over them with a rolling pin leaving small pieces not dust.
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 sticks of Butter or Margarine
1 pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz)
1 qt. Strawberries
1 med Cool Whip (8 or 9 oz)
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 pkg Strawberry Jell-O (6 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom Layer: Melt butter, add pretzels and sugar. Mix well. Spray 13 x 9 dish with Pam. Pat mixture down evenly over bottom of the dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Middle Layer: Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip.Fold onto bottom layer.

Top Layer: Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water. Cool down and add fresh cut up strawberries. (May need to add some cold water). If using frozen berrries, add them to the hot Jello-O. Frozen berries cause the gelatin to set. Pour Jell-O and berries into dish.

Chill until set.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This used to be my "go-to" pot luck dish. Easy and the salty flavor and crunchy texture of the baked pretzel layer is a wonderful contrast to the sweet berries and whipped cream.
