8 Tbs. Sugar (2/3 cup)
4 whole eggs
1 to 2 Tbs. Lukewarm water
8 Tbs. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cp raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking powder.

Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar and beat until light colored; add 1-2 Tbs. lukewarm water.

Fold flour into egg mixture.
Slowly add nuts and raisins.

Bake in a parchment lined jelly roll pan (10”x15”). 425º
15 to 20 minutes.
